Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VitaLink mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

Use of the App

• You must be at least 18 years old to use VitaLink as an agent. Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian’s consent.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with HIPAA, SOA, and other applicable regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Agent Subscriptions

Agents may be required to maintain an active subscription to access certain features of the App. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and subject to their terms of sale.

Client Access

Clients who purchase VitaLink through the Google Play Store gain lifetime access to the App without additional charges. Certain features may require connection to a licensed agent.

Data & Privacy

Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App.
• Sharing unauthorized health or insurance data without consent.
• Using VitaLink for purposes unrelated to health and insurance support.

Disclaimers

VitaLink is not a medical provider. The App is intended for information storage and sharing only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaLink and ET Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept any new terms.
